A 12-year-old member of ISWAP, Islamic State’s West Africa Province, has executed two Nigerian soldiers, report says.
According to reports, a video showing the execution was released by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), also known as Daesh (Arabic).
The report said the member of the terror group which breakaway from Boko Haram shot the soldiers dead with his AK-47.
The video which was called “Makers of Epic Battles” also covered other attacks from ISWAP’s spring campaign in Borno and Yobe states in 2021.
This was revealed In a Twitter post by Tomasz Rolbiecki, a researcher on Islamic State’s attacks worldwide.
Analysing the footage, he wrote:
This one is horrible. A boy, perhaps around 10-12 years old, is executing two Nigerian soldiers with his AKMS. There are no words to describe how awful it is.
